What fun it would be if they introduced an internal ‘anonymous’ blog like this and employees could post to the leadership - would they read it and, more importantly, would they listen.

They absolutely know and just don't care. 1 year of EC comp is equal to more than most of you make in a career, so they keep the nonsense rolling to get that "one more bonus". If your comp was in the 7 figures, you would be lying through your teeth and cashing your own checks just like these guys. This only works for them due to complacent employees. The obsequious ones that keep posting on LI.
Zero point discussing this. As Management has never cared about anything that benefits employees, unless they need you for something.

They don't care. VC vultures rarely try to actually build anything or do anything good for society at large. They seek leverage to buy companies just to sell off all assets for their own profit, leaving companies they touch teetering on bankruptcy. They walk away with millions and leave taxpayers holding the bag as if the company could still survive. They last long enough after the VC drops them where they say it was just poor management. It was actually that someone took out onerous loans that could never be paid back. The GOP tries to deflect with warnings of "welfare queens" and "immigrants stealing our jobs" just to divert attention for the billions of dollars we hand out for corporate welfare. Meanwhile Xerox shipped our jobs offshore and nearshore years ago. Xerox is just another victim though as are we all. It's so sad, because there used to be people that really wanted to build and maintain great companies and not just enrich the C-suite and investors. The employees are still here to try to keep it standing so that it looks viable.

They know. We also know how they feel about us. No raises while spending absurd amounts of money on ceo club, race car sponsorship, DEI groups like the parents support group and liberal chat clubs internally etc. Pumping money into these non-money making support group inclusive club endeavors to pacify employees who are losing their minds because we are underpaid and overworked while they purposely chop up the company as the lower people have to work harder than ever with less resource while the execs fly around, get million dollar salaries and bonuses to burn the company down internally. CEO baldie even says our entire focus is to return money to investors. That's it.
I'm sure they know how we feel. They don't care, we don't either.
