Band D in claims was vastly underpaid and you’re also blocked from getting an increase once you’re 75% into the band which begs the question why 25% of the band isn’t used. Silly logic that is all too common from this company. I’ve yet to hear a good explanation for it. But—TRANSPARENCY is our motto lol.

While G band has what appear to be high salaries they pay below market for that level of experience / scope of control.
