This is so embarrassing, digital = offshore workers or hire head warblers that use ChatGPT to write code for T-Life. Guess where your job is going? 1- Mexico 2-Philippines 3- Guatemala 4- Honduras 5- India 6- all the above and then some but the US. Bring John Leger back, he cared about both the customers and the employees, this new TMO su-ks, demotivated employees and angry customers. I used to be proud to work for TMO, not anymore… I’m looking elsewhere and hoping to get the f ASAP or collect my severance so I can take a year long sabbatical. I don’t give 2 shts about the company any more, I’m just getting paid… these corporations are so woke.
