All we care about these days is whoever comes in with the lowest bid! We don’t even condition anymore or account for needing more PMT for a contractor that is a total sh-t show needing more PMT. Total sh-t show contractor and cut the PMT!!!!

Why would a well staffed competent MSP want to do business with XOM, when it takes 6-9 months to get paid, if you ever get paid. All for the priv to deal with crazy XOM rules and regs.

yep, we went from working on cool projects with smart people to literally babysitting/cleaning up after people who can hardly string together 4 coherent words. the churn is constant and all the work bubbles up to a very small minority of employees and some embedded contractors. we want to pay so little, so getting an msp that is worth anything is a rare feat.
