@OP I have union campaign experience. If I’m going to lose my job to layoffs anyway I’d rather go out with a bang and try to get better severance terms Start mapping out your workplace. Look up the AEIOU organizing model. And NEVER use workplace devices to discuss this. Educate yourself on ‘security culture’

I think it would be better to discuss here compared to Glassdoor. But I agree. We don't even need an official union but even just some unified asks. I've often thought about some way to crowdsource a union using technology. Keep it anonymous so we don't get fired but still make the will of the workers known...
