Did the commission structure change or will change?. My agent indicated something to that effect and we don't hear anything about agents in my department.
LOL This is not true. Anyone can go to allstateforsale dot com and see exactly how many agencies are listed for sale. some ore sold, some are pending. No agency owner will just put a sign on door and close.
Definitely true between agents and staff. Allstate will be the laughing stock joke at every Christmas dinner this year

This is true, agents are sick of FSL’s providing no value while pushing them to purchase additional tools to be “successful”. Automating the entire agent experience, moving the goal post for commissions constantly and dangling the carrot for big earnings has agents running for the hills.

Sure thing- the National Association of Professional Allstate Agents is a reliable source. These clowns are the worst of the worst. However, based on the parade of losers who constantly whine on this site, it is a match made in heaven
OP is correct. Transformative growth is being executed. The numbers are probably coming from national Association of professional Allstate agents.
