It is insane how the so called " leader" burned billions in market cap but their bonus is whole and who gets fired is the little guy

Never call them leaders. Don't stroke their egos. They're just bad managers.
I agree - however, how are you or anyone else going to change it? It's greed from the top. Yes, it's always been this way for the most part, but that doesn't make it right. They will find out, though, because karma is a bi--h. AI is already destroying most industries. They will have their $$ while it lasts, but eventually it will run out. Replacing everyone with AI eliminates jobs = no income = no disposable income = not able to put that $$ back into the economy = the well will run dry.
I'm not saying it isn't insane but that is literally how every company has ever worked in this country. This isnt some revelation. Business leaders have the power in this society. We do not. It will never change.
