60+ approaching 23 year anniversary. Rif’d from FApps in California. Did the warn act apply. Should get two months salary plus package.
Similar here. 22 years in Fusion apps, let go yesterday. 51 years old - honestly probably for the best. I wasn't happy last 5 years.
In my org all laid-off are women!!!
They wiped out my org - young and old alike (I am 62 - yay)
In my org all the layoffs impacted older people. Seemed like they focused on older employees and then also included new employees to prevent a lawsuit.
