Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Happy happy day!

After 5 long years, RTO starts today! What a great thing. Alarms going off, people actually showering, getting dressed and heading out to work!

No more get the kids ready, do laundry, go out get coffee, walk kids to bus stop then.....maybe start work.

This is why they pay you folks! It is called work!

Woot woot!

Bro, get a life. If you have so much time to spend on here trolling people then you must not be getting much work done yourself. Maybe we should pull your work logs and see how much time you’re spending on social media each day

Clowns like OP are the bozos you see walking to different cubes talking all day and doing No Work but looking good to the bobleheads that ran this company into the dirt with group think.

The litmus test is if they kick and scream for going in 2-3 days a week, they aren't working. A couple days a week should not be a big deal. What the heck, you usually work 12-15 hours a day from home, take it easy and only work 8.
Gotcha! Ha ha ha ha gass up and get working! You are not irreplaceable coffee guzzling cogs in a great machine!

lil bro chose the blue pill. Ironically though wfh is more of a 1984 idea. In nature, quantum states make you choose both at the same time until the atoms collapse or it’s observed. When it’s not being observed you can’t be on either side. The truth is there are multiple truths and it’s really up to the people (including Trump/intellegince agencies) to decide which best suites our survival as humans. Ever evolving and changing since the beginning of time. Therapy is a good but sensitive/surgical way of managing any challenges you might not even be aware of and is highly advised. You can live in a chaotic world but nothing can challenge true inner peace.

@br Exactly. The same Trumper who lambasts the WFH folks for supposedly slacking, spends a lot of time wasting Cornell’s money bi--hing on here. Someone has too much time on their hands. And as you mentioned, plenty of onsite TMs waste time doing GTKYs, long a-s lunches and chit chats in the halls and Great Hall/Cafeteria. No need to be at home to waste time.

Newsflash for the repeat Trumper who hates DEI: Plenty of us ALREADY work unpaid and unappreciated overtime because we DO work from home (and find it hard to untether ourselves from our laptops) and TGT exploits the situation because we are expected to be available after hours and weekends.

@OP Are you the same person who comments this on every thread? Do you think actually being at TNC instantly makes people more productive? Starbucks is constantly busy, people chit chatting in the north hall, people spending 2 hours at the cafe....its the same thing, different location.
