A couple of managers were let go last year on my larger team.
One manager had 2 employees that were let go about 4 months ago.
My manager had a team of 5 including myself.
One of my colleagues has now been promoted to a senior role.
The other 4 of us are at a loss on what’s next.

Our HIH is growing and onshore is shrinking.. I am expecting a cleanup anytime in next 2-3 months
@OP your team was shrinking, probably needs to stabilize a little bit for now. If there is a partner HIH team working with your team, then you need to be careful. Otherwise you should be ok for another 6 months to a year. No one really knows what’s going to happen a year from now. Good luck 👍
