Staffing decisions have not been made.
Performance evaluations and talent selection will occur simultaneously in late September/early October.
Termination notifications will be in November, I'm guessing first week (start looking for "Private" appointments in all the small conference rooms.
Performance results will not be communicated to those still remaining until February (i.e. right before VCIP announcement v. normal early January timing).
It could be a tool to avoid paying severance to anyone below a 3? Come up with some performance justifications to fire before severance? Your name is already on a list during ranking. They just need a paper trail to cover the real reason for firing and saving more money.
Anyone take it and have insight? Why is it scheduled vs say, a CBT?
I am going to take the training to see what it is about, but I have the same thought. Not sure anyone stands to get rating > 3 this year unless you worked on CEP - which isn't really fair since not everyone got that opportnity.
