Don't forget to go to Glassdoor or other sites that potential talent might use to peek behind the curtain before interviewing and light them up. Be sure people know what a toxic place they've become.

Most job-seekers absolutely do their research on prospective employers via Google, Glassdoor, word of mouth, etc. If you don't think that's true, then you are completely out of touch. No one wants to blindly accept a position somewhere only to find out later how toxic it is. Current and former employees should provide their honest feedback on employers (good, bad, mediocre) as it is very helpful to those considering a job change. It also helps shift the power dynamic ever so slightly so that the employer doesn't hold all the cards by offering employees the opportunity to have a voice and giving the job-seeker a little peek behind the scenes before they accept.
@OP nah... No point. This is normal corporate processes. No one uses those sites anymore anyways. Everyone that does need a job isn't going to turn down one because someone's feelings got hurt when they were laid off as we all know it's not personal.
