PSG Limits

For the folks that have been in a PDC previously, are degrees/formal education required after a certain PSG level?

Definitely no. In fact, the more educated are less likely to be promoted.

IT has quite a few leaders without degrees, and a few more that have degrees but in unrelated disciplines (eg sports science).

Not a requirement but I do think it limits you in what is attainable PSG wise. if you’re on the Operations or Maintenance that is field facing , leadership or supervisor role without a degree is possible. Anything outside of that Id say you’d need one , not required but almost all FE, HSE, Supply Chain etc have supervisors with degrees.
