In this day and age with AI and the push to digital, nobody is safe. Stop drinking the magenta Kool-Aid and make peace with the fact that your job will eventually go away and prepare for it. No one on the T-MOBILE leadership team cares about any of the employees. Seviert and other leaders are following the direction of the board and the board is about profits.
Don’t be surprised when your position gets eliminated be prepared!
Retail business layoff rumors started to surface after the IT layoffs a few weeks ago. Board is super serious about restructuring the company especially at the leadership level. That is why so many board members are assuming key leadership roles. It’s ver similar to “the dark days “ before ledger came. DT put their people in and ki-led morale. That lasted a couple years.
Rumor mill also says Friers leaving soon.
This is all pure BS. Literally making stuff up.

Yes I found out my store is getting closed down and they knew about it in February!!! If I can’t find openings within my market then I’m out of a job 😭😭😭
