HR Is not your friend.

They dont explain the rules of the game so they can set you up for failure.
They announced that Agile Flex were changing to 20 office days per 90 calendar days late on a Thursday so EMEA and APAC got the notification on Friday morning. There was no mention of a start date and they ended up measuring from the Sunday before the announcement. BEFORE!!!!

It will start when calendar is up on 9/6, so the 4 day tracking will start on 9/7 or Monday 9/8 for most people which will be the new work period. I’m going to satisfy the amount of days it shows on my source. That’s what I follow and not guess work. If HR raises an issue in my direction I will tell them I don’t know what they’re talking about. The widget in my source tells my I need to be in this amount of days by 9/6. End of story
That is surprising! Was that a selective distribution list? Because the question has been repeatedly raised in my team and to HR and none of us got any answers. The primary issue was most of us, are on vacation for the Labor-day weekend and were wondering how the Tuesday / Wednesday extended break will impact the RTO requirements - The 12 days suddenly became 13 days unless one pre-emptively planned to come in few extra days
There was an email. It said current tracking goes through Sept 7th. So if u are current, then 4 days in office doesn’t really start until week of Sept 8th!
Make it confusing so you slip up.
