False. The median is the middle value in a sorted list of numbers. Using your numbers, he made $101,580 in one business day in 2024. If median employee pay is $122,611 then more than half of the employees in the sample made more in 1 year than his 1-day take.

One only has to look at the last two CEO failures for clarity, Randall is still on payroll as a consultant for 1 mil @ each in addition to his huge compensation package.
