I can't fathom why we have board members that are both incompetent and unethical. How can these people take millions of dollars in payment through stocks despite losing revenue year after year. Also, there seems to be some INSANE conflicts of interest at the board level.

The conflicts of interest happen at lower levels as well. Family members employing other family members, employees with side hustles that teradata buys from are just two examples. It's very blatant now
I don’t think the board is unethical. Incompetent, yes.
@ms You have to spend money to make money my friend. Tesla wasn't profitable for many years, TDC is in a transformation to becoming an AI company. That said you didn't say what the board has done that is unethical, I'm still waiting buddy

In 2024 it was selling in the 30s
In 2023 it was selling in the 40s
Nothing says success more than losing have of the stocks value in less than 2 years.
@j0 throwing around the word "unethical" isn't doing anything for OP's argument. The board has always operated in full transparency, if OP is salty they can stay salty. I'm open to changing my view but I'd want 4 quantifiable things that are unethical that the board has done... I'll wait

My bet is kickbacks from Steve M. You dont need to show a profit if money gets dropped off on your doorstep in bags with $ on the outside.
The alternative is that the board is grossly incompetent. I choose to believe the board is greedy over ret@rded.

What's unethical about the board, yes we know you know fancy vocab words but let's be real here. The board is the only people who've done their jobs here transforming teradata into something that can keep up with Snowflake. Revenue will go up and down, we need to be adults and understand that the board is behind the wheel and leading us in the right direction.
