This isn't meant to jab at anyone...honestly, just want opinions on the CM3s MLs etc.
Has this extra level of management made working in the stores, getting books and things done easier or more complicated?

Monkey po*p aside, I still wonder why OP asked this question. Either OP is an OTC stooge, or someone who can't see the forest for the trees.
Kudos to the ex-CM3 for her/his bravery and honesty. Those CM3s are overworked and underappreciated.
OTC barely notices course materials. OTC really likes selling drinkware and hats, though. #bonesux
I'm sorry, but you're laboring in a dying industry for bosses who have no sh*ts to give about you or your campuses.
Get out. Do your good work somewhere else where it's appreciated.
I, too, hope you all find life after Follett.
Former CM3 weighing in- everyone I worked with was in over their head. I tried to learn each of my campus’s quirks and adapt accordingly but everyone was overworked, overwhelmed, and everything was on fire. I constantly felt like I didn’t know enough, didn’t know the students and the faculty, didn’t feel like I had time to dedicate attention to everyone properly. All of us had too many schools to do it properly, especially when we couldn’t go visit (half of my stores were halfway across the country). Everyone got sc--wed with that restructuring. The stores lost support personnel and the ability to make their own decisions, remote employees were tasked with making decisions that they didn’t any enough time or institutional knowledge to execute properly. The MLs I worked with bounced around stores trying to fill in gaps that needed actual store staff to fix. Hourly employees lacked support to do what they needed to do, salaried employees were stretched so thin they snapped and burnt out. It’s unfair to point fingers at anyone but the puppeteers at the top, making decisions that sounded good to them and devastating to the front line people who those decisions impacted the most. Hope all of you can find life after Follett.
Ooh, it seems someone didn't like OP's question🤣🤣🤣...let's all please respect their privacy at this difficult time...🤣🤣🤣
Speaking of slinging monkey p*op... why are you slinging this question, "Genuine question"er? What's in it for you?
Totally fair and accurate comments.
We have been so low on QTCs this Rush, it's laughable.
But hey ho, they're not the ones getting yelled at.
I don't mind getting yelled at if it's something I sc--wed up but when it's not my fault...
These weenies lack the face to face connection that I have built up over many years. They do not know how the profs teach. The qtc is generally short resulting in accelerated shipments. My stress level has increased. My productivity has lessened. And yet I stay hoping for positive changes.
