It’d be one thing if companies were laying off and hiring in equal parts. But they are squeezing the workforce. That means lower wages, worse benefits, & longer hours. They make unemployment impossible thus why unemployment isn’t reflecting any of this - but it’s bad. Just take a day off and go to the gym in the middle of the day or drive around. No one is working. But yes, let’s listen to the wisdom of the elite…they have never steered us wrong. They have our best interests at heart. L-o-l

I’m guessing because these hiring managers don’t have the IQ of CEO’s. But are just walking drones trying to protect themselves so it’s not that helpful.
