I plan to quit before the year is over. Where would I send back my equipment? I can’t locate any information online and I’m not interested in completing an exit interview. I only want to give back what was sent to me.

@OP when you submit your resignation your PL initiates a bunch of "termination" tickets, one of which includes getting your equipment back. IT will email your personal email address and send you a box to ship back your stuff. I don't think they will make you do an exit interview, but I do remember folks telling me they were sent a questionnaire, doubt it was mandatory though.

Wait until the day you resign. Your PL should provide that information to you. If not submit an h.r ticket.
Why do you care?? They just send you a box or you can drop it off if you’re near an office. But who cares?
Is this a serious question? There’s zero chance you would not find out that exact info when you finally quit. They want it all - monitors, noise, cables, dock, etc.
@OP Contact IT and they’ll either send you a box with a shipping label or coordinate with you to drop off your equipment at a local Centene office
@OP IT will send you an email to your personal email address asking if you are close to a Centene office to do a drop off or do you need a box with a shipping label sent to you for mailing. Make sure your current email address and phone # is in Work Day.
