HCMs can’t take off work for anything but we have managers and ADs who are taking off every week for any opportunity- either blaming sickness or other endeavors and are not available when needed. The work life balance is not there. Maria J needs to pay more attention as a director before she loses her best performing HCMs

SNP got worse there after Kim C left? I can’t imagine what it’s like now then. Because she was a nightmare to work for and promoted unqualified people to AD left and right. I left that org and moved to a different area of Humana. Higher pay, more opportunities and ethical standards.
@dd the workload increase that we have received is astounding. They are tone deaf and have no idea how unattainable it is.
@d8 yes this is true. One manager has already left as a result and SNP has to undergo “professional etiquette training” as a whole after an argument happened publicly in a meeting between said director and another employee.
Wonder if Associate Directors or Managers hired as they have a mean side of treating people, part of their credentials?? They're measured on how low they can get in "managing"? This the root cause of toxic culture at the bottom.
@OP she is already losing people. And she is one of the meanest directors in Humana. j/s
