6 weeks for every year (includes the statutory 2wks/year). To a maximum of 2yrs (104weeks). Caps out between 17-18 yes service. Also guaranteed bonus but at a lower percentage (cannot remember the %)

@ak 2 weeks , capped at 600 EUR per week, per year of service is a statutory requirement in Ireland. Are you saying they gonna stop giving anything on top?
If so, I believe WFRed guys will have zero interest in handing over to and training their replacements.

Rumour around the office is 6 weeks per year capped at 14 but talk of dropping to 2 per year which I would imagine is BS.
Possible more cuts around the corner but who knows.
I would take it 1 month at a time personally but it's no longer a secure role in Dell.Makes no difference what level you are at.

Whatever it is now, it is soon to be reduced to 2 wks per year of service
