Leadership decisions have left the company struggling and I'm pretty sure staff morale is at an all-time low. Multiple rounds of layoffs over the past few years have taken a real toll, and management acts like nothing is wrong. I've given up on hoping things will ever improve.

Probably in the major reorganization thats coming. Got to do something to try and cover their bad decisions.
Ever since the Rusts left State Farm, the company has tanked in every metric. Sad!
I've heard from a reliable source that more layoffs are coming and I thought it was today it was starting, August 25th.
YTD SF has added 6 BILLION to its industry leading 145 BILLION Net Worth.
