Scrolling through posts makes it seem like everyone is frustrated or unhappy. I’m genuinely curious if anyone actually enjoys working at Humana these days.

@bz sounds like one of our leaders. Micromanagement is horrible.
I'm happy!
I took the ERP. Humana has become the Titanic. I would rather take the guaranteed severance than risk getting su-ked down with the ship when it's dismantled and sold off for parts before Jimmy moves on to his next destruction target.
It's meh
I used to be. The toxic overwhelming environment gets very old. I don’t know if many people that are happy. The plus is working from home. Couldn’t take erp this time. Hoping for a couple more years if the company last that’s long.
Not happy. Lost meaning of work in the toxic culture. Used to be a wonderful company to work for. New leaders lack experience with people management, counter-productive. Worse if leader is new and remote, clueless in how to manage people, yet work hard to micro-manage people daily. You know what I mean. Suffocating!
Ditto another poster. Used to be happy. In my department, so many leaders have been hired that don't know the work or how to lead, I'm taking ERP. I also have no plans and wish all remaining the best of luck!!
Happy as a Hemorrhoid!
I’m happy. SNP RN here. I have been here for many years and see many changes, but I love our members and I love my paycheck. I do the best I can every day for our members and that gives me a lot of satisfaction. I focus on what I can control. I do wish we made more money because the cost of everything is going up in our salaries are not so it does make it difficult. But all in all I love working from home if that goes away, I can go to the hospital work three days a week and make more money. Fortunately, I do have a back up plan.
I miss enjoying my job - has been years since I have. Taking ERP. No plans but happy to go. Wishing everyone the best!
