@wa Fully believe this is part of the plan, but I would bet they outsource indirect account management as well except for a small amount of internal employees who will have an impossible job trying to hold indirect's accountable when they have no direct control over them.

With the proliferation of PSOs supporting indirects and doing so poorly, this tracks. Everyday store reps complain about them.

It won't solve anything though.

sounds like they figured out that pso doesnt know cr-p about supporting indirect agents with their orders so they have to get some in between like it was before when certain tasks couldnt be done over the phone.

Might as well make them "client executives" like all the other useless support roles.

Vz can't tell indirect what to do, just "support"
