You’re obviously fresh out of college and clueless. This site isn’t a Fiserv sponsored site with cheerleaders “yay teaming” the company on! It’s a layoff site, you dolt!
When I first started- my manager literally said to me “ I am going to do my best to shield you from everything going on” a year later… shield was lifted. It was great the first year for that reason. No one is trying to be negative, but that is the reality of working here.

@pd What you don't realize is that you joined an organization that is very toxic across all levels of the organization. The toxicity flows from the top down. You're shielded from it for now, but once you have enough experience, you will see it. Go find a better job. Fiserv is not worth your time or health.
