It’s really amazing that we’re going to create another org filled with external executives that are not from telecom. She signed a lot of bad deals in supply chain.

It didn't work for Frontier. BK on the way, and I don't mean Burger King.
Market driven accountability = more finger pointing and terminations. I’ve seen it at smaller companies. Also means really high turnover and a very toxic culture (yes worse than here). That’s what Stank is trying to turn this place into. A revolving door. Btw those other places don't innovate well either.
You want innovation? Reward people with large financial incentives when they do something big that are based on the numbers and not some managers discretion. Connection awards are a joke and rarely if ever get awarded in our group. If I can make a ton of money by doing something big or producing huge results, then I would be all about that. Right now, I don’t even get a pizza party or a good job for saving or making the company millions. I get the same bonus whether I get exceeds or meets regardless of the results I deliver. So why would I deliver big results or some big innovative thing? Those people never get promoted up either. So it’s all about the money for me.

They're going to transform all the hub offices to look like the new Apple Barrels.
Is this like Transformation Office 10.0? How many transformations do we need every year? Ki-l me.
She will be great!
More reporting layers is exactly what Market-Driven accountability means!
