I know who is impacted by ISP is supposed to be a top secret. But I wonder if some leaders and associates have already received a hint or heads up that they are safe.
The reason I say that is some folks seem so calm and upbeat, while the rest of us are freaking out.

@e0 lol the only thing missing from his comment was demanding some female "show him bobs"
@aq this about describes how d-mb the India resources are. Can't spell, make sentences, or communicate effectively.
Just wait. In 5 years, it will not be called enterprise reimagined part 2, copilot will come up with a much worse buzzword. HQ Inflation Reduction Act, or something just as stupid.
@aq What in the Singh are you talking about?
@a2, I don't know what's happening with my job. However I can't let it ruin my weekend.
We received a couple of emails from TLs in our department letting us know of associates moving to other roles. I assume it's part of the reimagining. That tells me some information about some people's fates has been communicated.
@OP I know of one leader who personally told me they have been told they are staying. There's no way on earth this large of a blood letting can be held under wraps.
Dude, it's two days. Try to enjoy the weekend.
My understanding is that they (level 3s?) won’t learn if their staffing plans have been approved until Monday.
Yes, I don’t know how some are so laid back and acting like nothing is happening. Many of us are stressed out. I’ve worked so much this week to let it go and still no clue what’s my fate here and I’m getting more stressed but trying to stay positive.
Doubt it because it sounds like Level 4 leaders, many of whom are GPs themselves, won't know until tomorrow. And level 5 team leaders won't know until later in the week who got the notice.
This means that there are probably less than 50 people at the firm (all senior GPs) who know.
