You can’t drop a layoff announcement and then expect everyone to act like nothing happened.

There are classes next week- for new people, FA’s, BOA’s. It’ll be chaos and a mess if their instructor and the support system just disappears.
And some are expected to be delivering, on SAs, be in planning, etc like nothing is going on. There really is no real transparency when they don’t even answer basic questions like what time will folks find out. Oh Monday or Tuesday sometime. Give me a break. So disappointed in how we were sold it’s a great place to work. Yes, my colleagues are great and immediate leader but that’s about it.
It's a mess right now on my team. Everyone trying to stay focused while everyone reads about what to expect monday and tuesday. Unreal that this is what the company has evolved into.
