Toxic environment, no promotions, outdated payscale by years, periodic layoffs, fake survey results, barely any a-s grinding work, clown reality show midweek. Life at TU.

Everything is an artificial emergency too because of poor planning from the top down. A clown show indeed, but those of us on the lower rungs suffer the most. Meanwhile, let's all waste our time and tune in to the cringy, hokey, saccharine, obviously staged, complete dorkwad fest called the We Make a Difference Show!
@18n If even more roles are moving to India how will it work for those left in the US supporting US customers? It is already difficult enough when we are told there are no support teams working after 11am CT. Customers are impacted big time! In the long run this will not save money if customers go to our competitors.

@18b performance based? It seems like the plan is to reduce headcount in the U.S. and hire more people in India.
Most teams barely have any U.S.-based employees left.
People have really given it their all during this migration
December layoffs planned folks. Confirmed. Performance based.
@15f When are the next round of cuts? Is that what is happening in the town hall as some post says? Flaky like puff pastry sheets - that's what it is like already.
Have you seen the quality of GCC code ?
With the next round of cuts it's going to be impossible to deliver quality code. Everyone will be expected to deliver just as fast with a reduced team. Weekend work like some of us are doing right now will be the norm. Teams will cut-corners to try to have some work-life balance. It's about to get very ugly.
True. It is harder to work when your rich.
Every year is considered as last round until they freeze recruiting senior leadership. Every Sr Leadership entry results 5 associates exit to balance cost sheet. Company is bulky with leadership positions who burn major chunk of revenue
Just to keep myself informed - wasn't last round of layoff in March 2024?
