So heard today no bonus next quarter and layoffs before Christmas due to Lexmark doubling up staff and I’ve had to job match my team.

Quarterly bonuses are for sales. It’s so revenue is brought in throughout the year on target. It’s not for management in the non-sales organizations.
I was wondering when they were going to nix our bonuses. Truly disgusting since it’s performance based on our individual accounts. We plan on that as part of our salary. But I try to tell everyone a couple of posts back about the layoffs. That’s happening in October.
Every bonus I have every received or heard of has been annual except for special perf awards.
Why would you get a bonus? The company is losing money hand over fist, and they have to pay that dividend and Mid-et Lex Luthor $14 million a year to ruin the company. NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Nobody here cares about bonuses because almost nobody is on the bonus plan.
OP is management level. They all have quarterly bonus
So when I read "No 3rd Qtr bonus", i knew this post was a lie. WHAT 3rd QTR Bonus?
