@hq good for you and many of us who’ve transferred our skills to jobs in other companies. Not sure who is postingXerox employees have non transferable skills? Maybe it’s Xerox HR? Too many of us have achieved employment outside Xerox in very short timeframes for that to be a true statement. A lot of bull- t these days on this site. Seems like very little real insider knowledge being shared like the old days (circa before 2017).
Seems like nowadays this site is filled with speculation and those wishing the demise of the company
@OP I left 5 years ago got a job at a community College and already vested 5 years. Another pension for me. Best move being retired and working part time....
Take a bo-g hit … you’ll feel better
Tell us something new …
Management has no power unless employees comply. Employees have many reasons to stay; taking care of themselves and family, fear of leaving and just laziness. I left a few years ago after many rounds of layoffs, knowing my turn would be soon. Management like most, is only concerned with thier wellbeing. Unfortunately employees blame everyone but themselves. Everyone has a choice.
Non transferable eh? Well I transferred out and love it. Case closed.
@cq you are a sellout. You give a dam n more about yourself than what is ethical for employees and customers. Su-k it up. Please!!! What are you gonna work for the auction company when Xerox folds for 2 cents on a dollar? You are the problem.
@cq yup, that's what happens unfortunately. Tenure and salary, although that salary would be higher doing the same thing with another company
But if like me on a good salary you su-k it up
Dear Diary…
@OP you are absolutely right! The good ones are gone.
It's not a good time to have the non--transferable Tech Power House skill set.
Office politics lol!
Who’s in the office?
