At this point in my career it feels too late to start over, which is why I have not left. If I were younger I would be gone already. There are so many issues here and no real sign that leadership plans to fix any of them.

Optimistic a lot of people just hanging around for the next payout.
Left at 44 before this last purge and forced move. So, so glad I did.
Very hard to pick up and leave when you can just live with it and collect a nice paycheck.
