Felicia looks so stupid in the picture used for this article on pulse. I wish she would just retire already. Why do old people want to work forever and keep the younger generations from moving into leadership roles. Don’t you have enough money already? Like we need your crusty a-s ideas.

The worse a corporation's actual culture, the more effort it puts into to getting sham recognition and bogus business awards.
Ask the multitude of folks who have left Tennessee plan how great it is.
Nobody believes these bogus ratings. It's just another bad company trying to look good.
Volunteering gives the company credits and puts money into executive pockets. The volunteer days in September are not because of compassion its revenue generator.
That's where your AIP went. They had to pay the man.
@dt That is why I refuse to volunteer. Or volunteer where I record it for Elevance Leadership to take credit. If my bonus su-ks, theirs should too.
@dc that’s because their bonus depends upon you volunteering.
I never felt cared for when I worked there.
Based on what? Volunteering? Because they push that all day yet you never see any executives at a service event.
I think the survey was about companies that care about their workforce, not their members/customers. #19 out of 100??? Uhh…no. I wouldn’t even give them #119 out of 100.
As we often hear from certain governmental members…”rigged data. fake news”.
Elevance’s check cleared
This place is a joke, a pathetic joke.
@OP...it all depends on how you look at this, many of us workerbees at Elevance Health do care about our members.
I would love to know how they select the people to take that survey. Those people must really be living in a bubble.
… that care … about the bottom line
