SF is going to miss growth goals this year as we are around 450K new autos and expected to be around 600K. Sc--wed on merit/EIP/MIP. Execs expect to grow 1.6 million new autos next year and then 2.5 million autos the year after that. This means it YOUR FAULT and back to their old tricks of understaffing every area, continuing to run off employees to keep expenses down and taking big losses to buy the bad business. Also supposed to get the results of the Total Rewards survey in 4th quarter. Employees will get f-cked in that deal. SF is going to get caught with their pants down if the market takes a dump and it will take us back another decade and eclipse MT $27 billion dollar loss. These people running SF are basically criminals. They have no plan except the same plans from MT that have not worked the last 10 years. Throw in the two re-ards agents with JF and the future is not good! AI can't fix SF, you have to clean house starting at the CM and above to get this cancer out that is spreading. Leave as soon as you can...watch you will start seeing leaders bail out over the coming months.

They always have some great ideas. This is 100% true story. When they were pushing "comp neg always" and using a metric to discipline us for too much "% liab against the insured" I was so scared of being drop filed or put on a PIP or losing my job that I told THE FBI that I would absolutely not change our comp neg liability decision from 70% on our insured and 30% on the FBI agent driver to 100% on our insured.
I heard that a bunch of people in AWC and Estimatics just got the you are reassigned or fired conversation! Let the chaos continue!
@dn
I have over 30 years all in claims. Where a pu**y like you would have crumpled in 6 mths. You want me out...buy me out. Otherwise eat sh#t and die, mf'er.
@dn Of course YOU and YOUR position are the most irreplaceable in the organization?
Freeze the pension. Eliminate legacy PTO. Anyone with 25 years or more not in management should be moved to claims. Weed out the high earners. Exec, you are failing because you refuse to make the hard decisions. You handed Progressive the number one spot
A very sad state of affairs.
Yes I just keeping waiting until they have rolled the dice too many times, a market down turn, several hurricanes and more employees get sick and tired of their constant games, lies and just overall BS. It will catch them. This place is toxic and they continue to sink to new lows whenever and however they can.
