Nah. I get it. Volunteering only works if your team is getting nailed and you ask at the right time in the process. Otherwise you put a nasty label on your back and jump headfirst into unnecessary drama.
Idk why people always post this. Just tell your Sr. director and stop beating around the bush. Put your money where your mouth is, or be a man or woman and quit. Stop being a coward to the confines of a corporation.
