If Pete is named the replacement then it is clear where the absolute incompetence lies...The Board!!!! They own not holding Gail accountable. If they promote bottle-tan Pete then it's clear there is no oversight and no direction.
If you think Gail is bad wait till Pete takes over - he is ruthless and considers employees as “C” students that don’t deserve any respect. He ONLY cares about stock price - period

Pete said I’m the leader so I’ll take accountability and then proceeded to blame everyone else for the problems. Way to take accountability Pete! Very telling into what kind of leader he is. Then talked about how all decisions need to be good for the Shareholders. We are doomed, shareholders don’t give a flying fu-k about members or employees.
