When people fight basic RTO needs for success, they do not have to post WARN as they drop off a few a week without severance mandates

Most are 60 days but some states require 90 days.

They'll wait until they absolutely have to file, which will probably be the day of the actual layoff notices.

@a3

There is a website for typically by state, Missouri’s doesn’t show one being filed yet.

They will be giving a 60 day notice and complying with WARN. The unfortunate will be told 8/26-8/27 with their last day in mid-November. I'm guessing they padded the dates a couple of weeks in case they can't get to everyone next week impacted.

@OP I’ve heard a day or maybe same day when people are finding out. The company needs to give 60 days notice if their will be mass layoffs. My question would be has that WARN already been issued? Prob need a lawyer to better answer than just a low management person like me but there ya have it. 😀
