Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Of course agency workers would be expected to follow the RO 3/4 days policy. First snow storm and the FTE Ford personnel will all be working from home. Agency will still be expected to be onsite in the Ford office. Just like long ago. The place su-ks.

This is the only company where agency people have more flexibility and chance to stay long term and keep hopping in company . It feels ashamed to be a ford full time, they literally laugh at us .

Agency workers are allowed to work from home full time. They will not be forced to return to the office.

AFAIK, remote Agency workers stay remote, hybrid Agency workers must RTO. However, as @OP says, there is not much clarity in the directions coming from the managers.

I am a agency worker and have been instructed to be in 3/4 days in the office while my FTE colleagues are comfy cozy 4 days at home :) hope that helps

Agency workers are exempt, from everything I've heard.

If they are in southeast MI, yes. LL6+ got communication that it was their responsibility to inform the agency team members a week or 2 ago.
