Current leadership hasn't made the company profitable. Why would private equity keep leadership in place that hasn't produced results? They won't.

Oh they know what’s coming. They all have iron clad redundancy contracts with huge payouts and a network of job offers. The rest of worker bees are clueless. How many people and departments still left in centre valley? How many physical offices left?
