They disabled extensions in Edge so we now get ads. This is the 1001 cut so I am OUT.

It’s digital waterboarding,
I take my previous statement back. Guess the rollout was just slow, ad-galore in Chrome today. Well, if they want to slow down the already slow network even more, so be it. Can I buy the products that I have to watch ads for and charge it to my corp. amex?
I was blinded launching Salesforce without my Dark mode extension yesterday :(
Malware on the corporate network doesn't bother me a bit. Might even cut my workday short.
Ads = where the next virus enters the network. Stupid to remove ad blockers ....
Haven't noticed anything. ABP still works like a charm in Chrome for me?
Not a big issue to me. If Dell wants me to spend parts of my workday viewing ads, I have no choice but to comply.
And if an ad here or there is compelling enough for dedicated surfing, well that's fine too. It's a company sponsored activity, after all.
And no need for you to comment your dissatisfaction, adding more noise.
Why don't you create compelling content of your very own to drive engagement there?
This is not an airport, no need to announce your departure.
Adblock still words fine on FireFox.
Switched a few months back once Chrome permanently disabled it and haven't looked back. Seems like it was the right move tbh.
Please try your best to exit with as little notice as possible. None at all, ideally.
That's the point. I think dell is getting some kickback from those ads.
Dell is always looking for ways to penny-pinch or pinch pennies from employees.
