I’m annoyed because the purpose of the EG conference was to raise awareness of the communities at T. It also allowed for people to connect. It was centered on DEI. Now you expect us to care about customer centricity when 90% don’t deal with customers at all. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. DEI was never the problem or enemy. It was nepotism and rewarding underqualified people who are friends.

EVERYONE should make sure and show John what kind of attendance you get when a company no longer values “loyalty”.

Sadly we know the brown nosers will still join because they have no respect for themselves, they love to be insulted and beat down as long they think they will get some scrap and a pat on the back.

After the infamous memo, no employee with a shred of integrity and self respect should join after being told YOU are the problem in this company.

The company measures your engagement by who attends and opens links. They think if you attend you approve of their treatment and their actions.

Stop appeasing them!
