I’ve come to expect nothing but being laid off. I’m just going through the motions at work and can’t find the motivation to put in any real effort. As someone who prefers to be invested and do the job properly, because that’s one of the few satisfactions work can offer, I find how I’ve started to feel about this job truly devastating. Giving us something to work toward, instead of exposing us to so much toxicity and uncertainty, would go a long way for all of us.

Don’t work for the company. Work for your coworkers and for the paycheck. When the time is right, get a different job with a different company.
Would be better if you could focus satisfaction on two things
‐ Paychecks hitting your account
- Working, directly or indirectly, to limit the amount of quality work that gets accomplished.
Remember how little F5 cares about us and match that energy!
