We will not survive like this. I vote for getting rid of two to three layers of management. That would solve so many of our issues.

Leadership at xerox is non existent
@h8 I agree, some of the senior managers and above could easily be replaced by someone on their team that could do the same job. About time some of these high salaries are pulled. They are not worth it, especially when great people leave because of them
How about cutting down on the id--ts in HR like the HRBPs? I hear they promote people into these roles who initially got hired without basic office skills. Gotta laugh.
It will certainly be interesting to see who is let go between Lexmark and Xerox personnel. Lexmark was heavily in debt which would lead one to think Lexmark leadership was not up to par. Xerox was not as much in debt; YOY declines in revenue and eps lead one to think Xerox leadership is at best only one step above Lexmark. However it seems Senior and mid-managers are not the first to be let go in either company. Sure hope this time the focus is on SLT and Senior Managers for the first round of layoffs. Probably won’t be reality
SB is still here because the small pen15 is still mightier than the sword
Xerox IS layoffs
25 years at least and counting
We need to get rid of the ceo first. Most companies will get rid of their ceo first when the company is not performing correctly after a few years. Why Steve B still here!!
The top two or three layers of managers don't do anything other than sit around and issue themselves bonus checks.
Front line managers don't do anything other than fire off emails when they're told to do so telling front line employees how much they su-k.
None of these managers serve any useful purpose whatsoever.
