Are the layoffs still going on in other regions like Europe and Mexico?
Sounds like anything that is "on premise" got whacked hard.
Oracle Enterprise Manager (and the corresponding OCI Observability and Management services team). They are hit hard with 50% layoff)
What dies OEM do? We aren't all well versed in Oracle acronyms.
