There were talks of another round of layoffs after March. Does anyone know if layoffs are still on the table for this year or no?

I think the layoffs that happened in June were deferred/delayed layoffs from March. I knew a few colleagues that got notice their role was being downsized in March and then got laid off in June. No clue when the next wave of 230 layoffs is though (December seems likely).
Look for layoffs in December so they can avoid paying bonuses in January. Pick wants more for himself.
This seems logical as 2 or 3 years ago they were some in December.
