No numbers were stated. People are pulling stuff from a while ago and trying to pass it as news. Ignore the 7k rumor. Don't do that to yourself. Yes, we know cuts are coming. But that's about all we know for now. Until we know more, try not to lose too much sleep over people speculating.

y'all are unsurprisingly mentally weak. hopefully the artificial crisis manufactured on this site motivates you to resign after you don't get the package you're hoping for.

This is so thoughtless. Many of us are genuinely impacted and have no reason to make anything up. You can stay calm but the rest of you could use camaraderie and support.
Unless you were impacted, you have no right to tell others to “calm down”. Say that in a mirror if you need to, but keep it to yourself.
