While some criticism of Dell’s leadership approach remains valid (especially around people and culture), Wall Street sees a potentially lucrative near-term opportunity in AI. The disparity between investor optimism and internal morale struggles is pretty stark.
They probably too busy playing sing along at some BS ESG gathering to be concerned with making some money
Here's the deal: You can't have it both ways.
Either we're a "family", care about people, value things such as work-life balance and well-being of employees.
Or we're not, and it's all about EPS and the price of the stock.
Clearly, Dell has (finally) made the decision for the latter but they just forgot to tell all the employees.
I'm fine with both, but don't pretend to care if you don't.
