Does the LT see supervisor CES scores???

@15t I’ll add another to the list: RD. I’ve never experienced someone so full of themselves. Sometimes I enjoy listening to him loudly spout all the HR buzz words when he’s on a call with his door open. Saying the same thing over and over using diff adjectives. I have an idea why he’s kept around even though many have called the hotline on him. Can’t wait to leave this toxic place.
@15t man. That dude has a ton of BS spread about him. I get that he can come across as an intimidating know it all. BUT, he’s actually a very funny, genuinely caring person. I doubt he’s making these awful decisions. He’s merely doing what the leaders push. If that pi---s people off, oh well. He has to feed a family just like the rest of us. Give him a break.
How’s the favorite child, JL? Looks like he is having a grand time bragging about his greatness. Wait until his so called PSP model takes off. Good luck!
What are the biggest changes in staffing that surprised you?
@mt Amen! It’s ALMOST worth trying to stick around to see the aftermath.
@d9 you’re about to get your wish. Let me know how the Manila service center HRBP support works out for you.
Sounds like some jealous people think they would have made it in Chevrons HR.
HR should max out at PSG 22.
It’s great to see a couple of HR managers getting sweet promotions
What a joke
Some (many) of the HR 26-27 selections are shocking. So many of these folks contributed nothing in their current jobs so the LT decided the best idea was to promote them into bigger jobs. I cannot believe the number of promotions in an event that was meant to be about getting lean and cutting back unnecessary cost. Once again HR holds the business to one standard while doing the complete opposite for themselves. It’s time someone hold HR accountable.
HR should not have PSG 26-27. Just use AI.
The accountability of leadership failures only hit the lower PSGs. Maybe AI can improve their decision making and all of us plebs can do the real work.
Same in SCM, a few out EOI and a few not selected, not even a big reshuffle. Super transformational
Fire all the HR reps. They subtract value
If you think the service model is bad now, you just wait. HR is getting absolutely destroyed.
What is so surprising? Some retirements, 3 or 4 cuts, then same names that are fumbling around. What would have been surprising is if they actually took Psg level out and optimized the org. I would bet that 75% of those jobs would have been selected by Psg 21-25s if it was an independent selections.
Yea. I never understood how HR people took the responsibility to justify any psg higher than 24-25
HR should max out at 24.
