Has the layoffs been completed for NA, India, and Canada, or is it still on

Given the scale of the recent layoffs, it's unlikely the company will prioritize stabilizing its divisions right away. The move might also serve as a warning to current employees, possibly delaying raises or promotions for some time. If Oracle goes through another round of layoffs soon, it could damage its reputation significantly. That said, the FA and DB teams are probably secure for at least the next six months.

The layoffs are completed for now in those countries. At least, this is what we survivors were told. However, there may be more to come

@at The problem with being a stagnant cash cow is that the only way to increase profits is to cut costs, and the easiest way to do that is reduce headcount.

DB and FA team pending. Both are still cash cows. There might be lots of restructuring in FA and DB soon.
